If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, you may exchange or receive store credit only, within 14 days with the following conditions: For Online only in store items are not availble to return, per the Bluebelle and The Maker and Merchant policies.

Items are returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered, and have the original tags still attached

Merchandise that is returned with make up on them is ineligible for return for a store credit or an exchange.

Gift Cards, Bodysuits, and Jewelry items may not be returned or exchanged.

All Sales, Clearance, and Promotional items are FINAL.

All merchandise has been checked for any and all defects; will not be able to return because of said defect, such as a snag or stain.

Shipping is non-refundable.

If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it. It will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping costs.

We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us if returned for a store credit or an exchange.
